I bought a cricket influence from the Cricket store. The battery life is terrible. In long term use 2hours or so the battery overheats and then drains off the energy in about 1 hour. I only get 1 bar in the same location as my old phone that got 3 bars. The WIFI works well and is wall to wall with my router so WIFi calling works, but I did not buy a cell phone for a home phone. Way too many places that I don't have service that my old phone did have. I do not recommend this phone. I took it back
